How do I find my size?
- The fit of our products are true to size, be sure to chose your usual size. Our men's jeans sizes are provided in waist and leg measurements. E.g. 32W 32L. Our women's range is inclusive, ranging from sizes 4-18.What is the turnover time frame?
- As this is a customisation service, a period of 1 - 2 weeks should be typically expected for the completion of your customised orders. (5-7 days for un-customised products)We work on shortening this as much as possible and if you would like to enquire on the progress of your order, you can do so through emailing or Instagram DM’ing us your Order Number and Name. Are your jeans washable?
- Our products are washable (cold wash) however, as it is denim, excessively washing will fade the denim and paintwork over time. A non-washed effect provides the best results as the denim ages. When washing, we advise turning the jeans inside out.Are your accessories washable?
- No, detachable accessories such Tags & Chains are not machine washable and must be detached before wash.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
- We provide both refunds and exchanges on unused and un-personalised products only. This means that if you have personalised the standard template on your order (e.g. writing/underlayer change) then we cannot provide the refund/exchange.Please visit our Returns page for more information.
